1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ijjcom platform — including but not limited to the website at ijjcom.net, the ijjcom Casino, the sports betting service, the slot gaming lobby, the virtual casino, and any other product or feature offered by ijjcom — you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ijjcom ("we", "us", "the Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the ijjcom platform and not proceed with account registration.

Your continued use of the ijjcom platform following any update or modification to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the ijjcom platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ijjcom strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under 21 years old. Age is verified during the mandatory KYC process using your National Identity Card (CNIC).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting in a representative capacity.
• You must register only one (1) personal account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any material misrepresentation in your registration details may result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ijjcom or any affiliated responsible gaming organisation at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• You must ensure that your use of the ijjcom platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. ijjcom makes no representation that the platform is available for lawful use in every jurisdiction.

ijjcom reserves the absolute right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ijjcom login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. ijjcom will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.

You must notify ijjcom immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, ijjcom will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 KYC Verification

ijjcom is required by its licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You agree to provide valid CNIC documentation upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed to the satisfaction of ijjcom's compliance team.

3.3 Account Currency

All ijjcom accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are all expressed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR-denominated transactions processed through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ijjcom accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your ijjcom account cashier at the time of deposit. ijjcom reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect our users. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, ijjcom may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully complete on your account. Processing times vary by payment method but ijjcom targets completion within 24–72 hours of an approved withdrawal request under normal operating conditions.

4.3 Fees

ijjcom does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, for which ijjcom accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by ijjcom are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to your ijjcom account in PKR. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real-money balances. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly displayed in the relevant offer page and within your account bonus dashboard.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• ijjcom reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused, exploited through systematic wagering patterns, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5.3 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 calendar days after being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically without notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the ijjcom platform — including live casino titles, slot games, virtual casino products, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party studios and governed by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. ijjcom does not control game outcomes and is not in a position to influence results in favour of or against any individual player.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects a round or bet in progress, ijjcom's technical logs will be used to determine the appropriate resolution. Bets affected by confirmed technical malfunctions will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. ijjcom's decision in such matters is final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including all cricket and PSL betting offered on ijjcom, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the absence of specific sport or market rules, ijjcom's general sports betting rules shall apply. Prices are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that transaction.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and betting markets on the ijjcom platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market listing. ijjcom reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account where it has reason to believe that unusual or suspicious wagering patterns are present.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ijjcom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account per individual, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game, the cashier, or any other platform component.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino environments.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash while minimising risk ("bonus abuse").
• Allowing or facilitating access to your ijjcom account by any third party, including family members.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have been played through the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

ijjcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ijjcom platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ijjcom or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, licence, or other interest in ijjcom's intellectual property.

You are permitted to access and use ijjcom platform content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of ijjcom intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ijjcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

ijjcom's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ijjcom account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ijjcom does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform, for which ijjcom accepts no liability.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your ijjcom account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, you will be required to withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at your request.

11.2 Termination by ijjcom

ijjcom reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Any other conduct that ijjcom, in its reasonable judgement, considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed by ijjcom due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, real-money balances will be returned to the account holder through the original deposit method.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ijjcom reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ijjcom will use reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the ijjcom platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ijjcom holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and ijjcom in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to ijjcom's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by ijjcom's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
